Message	Hi, I'm in the UK and a little jealous of the hot weather you're having... from my understanding best case is it could be the air con. however there are a lot of little pipes around that area that have water/coolant in them. so it could be the hoses to/from the heater matrix, or the turbo water feed, or the water/coolant pipes under the plenum. All can come a bit loose or leak in hot weather. check the water/coolant levels in the rad ,try parking it on a steep an uphill slope you can find to eliminate any air pockets. Oh, and make sure you use a decent coolant. good luck..
